Israeli Air Force Targets Hezbollah in Lebanon Amid Escalating Tensions

IAF Strikes Hezbollah Terrorists in Lebanon

The Israel Air Force (IAF) conducted airstrikes targeting Hezbollah terrorists in southern Lebanon on Wednesday. The strikes hit a military compound and other terrorist infrastructure in the area of Kfarkela, as well as a Hezbollah observation post in Rachaya Al Foukhar. The attacks were carried out in response to repeated launches of explosive-laden drones and rockets from Lebanon into northern Israel earlier in the day.

Additionally, the IAF struck a Hezbollah terrorist cell operating in the area of Taybeh. The IDF confirmed that all targets were successfully hit. The strikes come amid ongoing cross-border tensions, with Hezbollah increasing its attacks on Israeli communities and military positions. The IDF reiterated its commitment to defending Israel’s borders and stated that it will continue to respond forcefully to any threats from Lebanon.
